Device and browser info, IP address, access times, and usage metrics collected through analytics tools like Google Analytics.

3. AI and Third-Party Service Use

a. OpenAI API

We use OpenAI's API to generate AI chatbot responses. Message data may be temporarily sent to OpenAI for processing and is subject to OpenAI's data use policies. We do not use OpenAI to store or permanently process message history.

b. Meta (WhatsApp) Integration

We access your WhatsApp Business account via Meta's API to send/receive messages. You authorize this access when connecting your WhatsApp account. CXWizard only accesses data relevant to chatbot operations and inbox management.

We use tools such as Google Analytics to understand platform usage. These tools collect anonymized or pseudonymized data and do not include message content or personal contacts.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Consent Management: You are responsible for ensuring that your customers (i.e., people who interact with your WhatsApp account) are properly informed and have given any required consent to have their data processed through CXWizard.
• Prohibited Data: You must not use CXWizard to collect or transmit sensitive personal information, such as health data, financial information, government IDs, or passwords.

We retain message and contact data as long as your account remains active, or until you request deletion. You may request deletion of stored conversation data at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us.

Aggregate and analytics data may be retained for business and security purposes beyond account closure, in accordance with applicable laws.
