2. Account Registration
To use CXWizard, you must create an account and connect your messaging platform accounts (WhatsApp Business, Instagram Messenger) and/or integration services (Calendly). You agree to keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Service Description
CXWizard provides a platform that:
- Enables AI chatbot automation via direct integrations with WhatsApp Business, Instagram Messenger, and Calendly through Meta's Business API and OpenAI
- Allows you to manage conversations, view contacts, and monitor interactions across multiple messaging channels
- Stores conversation history and contact information on your behalf
4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services to transmit unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial, or confidential government info)
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the platform
- Use the Services in a way that violates Meta's or OpenAI's terms of use
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission
You are solely responsible for:
- Obtaining proper customer consent before processing or storing their data via messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram Messenger) and integration services (Calendly)
- Complying with applicable privacy and communication laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
5. Data and Privacy
We collect and store the following:
- Information you provide (business info, messaging platform and integration service connection details)
- Message content and metadata from conversations processed via the platform across WhatsApp, Instagram Messenger, and other integrated channels
- Contact information of your customers from messaging platforms and integration services
Your use of CXWizard is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.
You retain ownership of your customer data. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process this data for the purpose of delivering our Services.
6. Fees and Payment
CXWizard may offer paid plans. If applicable:
- Payment is billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings; cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain service uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

All rights, title, and interest in CXWizard, including software, branding, and platform design, remain the property of CXWizard LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written consent.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
CXWizard is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to CXWizard at any time for:
- Breach of these Terms
- Illegal activity or abuse of the platform
- Non-payment (for paid users)
You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.
Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and we may delete stored data in accordance with our data retention policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration or small claims court, and waive any right to participate in class actions.
