What are message credits?
One message credit is consumed each time your AI agent responds to a customer message. The credit cost is the same regardless of the length of the customer's message, whether it's text, an image, or a voice note. Each AI response counts as one credit.
What happens if I exceed my monthly message credits?
You can enable optional usage-based billing in your dashboard. When enabled, you're charged $0.015 per AI response over your plan's monthly credits, and your service continues without disruption. When disabled, you can upgrade to a higher plan or wait until usage resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
How does usage-based billing work?
Usage-based billing can be applied to any plan. If you enable it, each AI response beyond your included monthly credits is charged at $0.015 per response. You can turn usage-based billing on or off anytime in Billing & Usage. When off, your AI stops responding once you hit your limit until the next period or you upgrade.
Do unused message credits roll over to the next month?
No, message credits reset each month and do not roll over. Your credit limit refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.
What's included in the free trial?
The 14-day free trial includes full access to all features of the starter plan. No credit card is required to start, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period with no charges.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fees or hidden costs. You only pay the monthly or annual subscription fee. WhatsApp message costs are billed separately by Meta at their standard rates with no markup from us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. If you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
